Bingo event

Editing "a new event". Saving with an existing event loaded updates it in place — use "+ New event" to start a fresh one instead (this automatically archives the currently active event rather than deleting it).

Sign-up form

Build the questions members answer when they sign up for this event. RSN is always collected automatically — no need to add it here.

Sign-ups 0

Auto team maker

Splits sign-ups who aren't on a team yet so every team has a similar number of mega rares (each one counts 1, whichever it is) and a similar total of weekly hours. Team sizes stay within one. Preview first, nothing changes until you press Create.

Custom icons

Upload an icon (for example a bingo winner trophy), write what it means, and pick who has it. It then shows next to those players' names on the leaderboard, member list and profile, and the description appears when someone hovers or taps it.

Rank calculator — Discord guide

Posts a "how the rank calculator works" guide into a Discord channel: the steps, how to fill in the Discord tag, every question's points and every rank's points and requirements. It's built from the questions and tiers above, so re-post it after you change any of them. In Discord: channel settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New webhook → Copy Webhook URL.

Boss/Exp ranking data (TempleOSRS)

Pulls skill XP and boss KC from TempleOSRS (group-scoped, one request for the whole roster). Powers the Boss Ranking and Exp Ranking tabs. Normally runs automatically every few minutes — use this to run it right now instead of waiting.

Collection Log & Combat Achievements

Pulls Collection Log count from the official OSRS hiscores, and Combat Achievement tier/points from WikiSync — two requests per member, paced slowly to be polite to both. Very new/low-log accounts may not be ranked for Collection Log yet, and only members with WikiSync enabled in RuneLite will have Combat Achievement data — both are expected gaps, not errors. Normally runs automatically every few hours — use this to run it right now instead of waiting.
